2. Pet Health & Medical Disclaimer
Snoofy is an organizational and tracking tool designed to assist pet parents with daily management. Snoofy does not offer licensed veterinary advice, professional diagnoses, or clinical emergency treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for urgent medical concerns.
3. User Accounts & Security
When you create an account on Snoofy, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
- Free Trial: New accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features with no mandatory upfront commitment.
- Subscription Renewals: Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All brand logos, mascot illustrations, UI designs, and software code are the intellectual property of Snoofy. Users agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform for unlawful activities.
